Leamington Music

Family concert for 2-7 year olds

The Lion who wanted to Love

Ensemble 360

Polly Ives narrator

Meet Leo. Lions are usually fierce and strong but Leo doesn't fit in, he just wants to love everybody and play with his friends all day long.

Following last season's success with Paul Rissmann's Giddy Goat, this year we have another score from the same composer.

The musical story is based on the book by Giles Andreae, illustrated by David Wojtowycz, with music written by Paul Rissmann. A great introduction to music for children aged 2-7, the concert lasts 45 minutes and will include an interactive introduction to the musicians and their instruments. After the show there's a chance to meet the musicians, hear the instruments up close and join in with some creative activities.
