Jeffrey Skidmore director
This year, uniquely for Warwick,
Ex Cathedra has developed a
programme of early Christmas
music, with a Latin American
Mass, traditional English carols,
and music by Victoria, Weelkes
and Bach, it blends favourites
with rare, foreign and
rediscovered repertoire. The
music is broken only by a
selection of readings taken from early sources like the King James
Bible of 1611 to create a very special atmosphere.
