Having created a superb piano trio, Peter Cropper now
launches a string trio with an equally strong line-up. Beethoven's
wonderfully creative string trios pre-date his string quartets
and one must ask if the latter ever could have happened without
the Op 9 set?
This concert is also a great way to launch a new Music in the
Round series.
