Due to the family illnesses of two of its members, the Atrium String Quartet from St Petersburg are unable to travel to Leamington, and so the Brodsky Quartet has kindly stepped in at very short notice. We are grateful to the Brodsky Quartet for enabling us to retain the Shostakovich Quartet No 12 and look forward to the programme they offer to complement this wonderful work.
